Easy No Bake Tiramisu (eggless)

Easy Peasy Dessert

This recipe is a fuss free method that simplifies the classic tiramisu without breaking a sweat. A quick fix to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of lady finger
  • 60g sugar (Adjust accordingly to suit your taste, note that mascarpone does not have sweetness)
  • 300g heavy whipping cream
  • 300g mascarpone cheese
  • choco chips
  • cocoa powder for dusting
  • 320g espresso with 5g kahlua (Kahlua is optional)

Method

  • Prepare 7″x6″ glass dish
  • Beat your whipping cream and sugar until stiff peak
  • Add in the mascarpone into the cream, beat at low speed til well combined
  • Dip the lady finger quickly in the espresso mixture, lay it on the dish one by one to create the first layer. Do not soak as it will fall apart.
  • Spread the top with whipping cream mixture. Transfer the mixture to piping bags if you like to layer your tiramisu in transparent glass cup instead of a dish
  • Sprinkle some chocolate chips
  • Repeat the process for the succeeding layers.
  • Ends the topmost layer with the cream mixture It is best to chill overnight and dust it with cocoa powder before serving
